A pressure washer, wire brush and a rattle can will go a long way to making that thing look a little better.

We are not talking about looks, we are talking about the fact that the stock control arms are crap.

That'd be the best way to go. It should help with what little wheel hop you'll get.

Steeda or Max Motorsports. I've had both and both are great pieces. Don't get BBK or SR or MAC etc...

Then I don't know what to tell you. You can either get a good piece or roll the dice on a cheap one and hope the welds hold. Or just find some used stock control arms from the corral classifieds/ebay/CL.

Got the control arms and everything installed but there is a noise that worried me coming from the rear so I took it to the guy who did the gears and he said it's the bearings. Told me to drive it for a week and see if it quiets down and if not it will cost me an extra 300

Did you use a gear install kit? Or did you just give him the gears to install?

Ah ok, yeah it's always a good idea to install new bearings when doing gears. Did they recommend that you do bearings when you gave them the gears?

It's like at lower speeds I can hear it at every revolution and as I speed up it gets faster until it's just a whine and gets louder and higher. Opposite as I slow down

Sounds to me like they set the gears wrong. Can you get a video of the sound?
