Steeda axle backs

So after putting the Steeda axle backs on my 14GT I was rather disappointed with the sound of them, very quite unless your on it. The dealer told me that Kooks actually makes the steeda axle backs which is why I went with them. Anyway, I'm looking to get some more sound from my car and was wondering what my options were. The magnaflow off road X pipe seems to add the power and sound I'm looking for but some ppl keep saying I won't pass inspection due to the loss of the cats and others say get the card tuned and they turn something off so there no check engine light and I'm good lol. Basically for right now I'm looking for more sound from the car, power is extra. Thanks for all the help.

If you go with any off road midpipe you'll need a tune to turn off the rear O2 sensors. A cheap way to get more volume without tuning is to delete the resonators in place. The cheapest way to go about this is to have a shop cut out the resonators and weld in some pipe. Shouldn't cost much at all.

Really don't think they do, but a reputable shop should be able to do it an warranty it if something goes wrong, which with something as simple as welding pipes, nothing should.

Tbh though resonators are good, they reduce the rasp and high-pitched fart can sounds so if I had a coyote I'd leave them and just find some louder mufflers.
