I've never heard of anyone taking the bumper off to install one of these. When we did my roomate's we just put it on ramps and did it.

It is, that's why I helped my roommate do it so it was totally flush and even. Looked factory.

AM's and LMR's brands chin spoilers go to the edge of the chin. The stock has like a 1 inch gap. The after markets take care of that, an it looks much better IMO.

okay cool.. I am going to remove my bumper so its easy to install.
Figure putting a front bumper cover on by myself would be easier then installing the chin spoiler by myself

There is literally zero reason for you to take your bumper off to install it, but if you have your heart set on that then go ahead.

You mean holding the chinspoiler onto the chin? Well first, there are 3 pins that you can start your holes with, and it will hold it on (Watch a yt vid it helps a lot). If you don't wanna do that, duck tape is your best friend.

I will try to explain better when I get home. It's hard to show you with a iPhone. I know on the LMR's there is 3 mounting pins. In the middle, and at the end of each side. Relatively easy to mark where those will line up and that's the start. Drill those and hang it by those 3 premade pins.

Just grab some chip clips or something similar and clamp along the inside edges to hold it up

When we did my roomate's we got his from LRS back when it was 50resto or had just switched names... anyway it came with a bag of plastic push pins and that's it. We just lined it up, selected a drill bit that was slightly smaller than the pins, I held the lip in place nice and flush while he drilled 2 pilot holes and installed the 2 pins. After that it was just me holding the lip flush to the bumper, him drilling/installing until we were done. Also did his tri-ax and CAI that day while going through a 12 pack of Miller Lite before I knew what good beer was.
