Rear sway bar relocation bracket; hard to install?

How hard is it to do this? Easy enough to do it on my own, or should I get a shop to do it?

Just put one in. Very easy install. Assuming you have some tools and abit of mechanical ability. I'm not trying to be rude, sorry if it sounds that way.

Only thing I don't have is a cutting tool, that I've read I would need?
I can figure out pretty much any of the basics and follow instructions
