Opinions 1973 Mach 1

I found a 1973 Mach 1
Needs a lot of work, motor and trans are there body is not beat up it's just old, missing a front fender, radiator and I am certain more.
I need an opinion as I have been out of the Mustang market since the early 80s

What would one expect to pay for this car and what is the potential resale value?
Thanks

The motor is a slightly worked Cleveland with some top end work and an offenhauser split port manifold and a custom x pipe through hustler headers

And the interior is mostly new with new headliner and carpet just looking for a seat that fits the feel of the car
