Springs and cambers

I recently bought h&m lowering springs along with some camber plates. I was curious if installing them is a very hard task or not? I am not extremely experienced with this aspect of cars so it'd be my first time doing it. I understand I'd need a spring compressor, but other than that should I be able to do it alone? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! It's a 2006 gt

You should be able to do it alone but having a friend to help hold things helps. It took me about 4 hours my first go and about 2 hours on the second car I did. Just doublecheck to make sure you have everything you need and some red loctite for the suspension bolts when you put everything back together.

Not to incredibly hard but make sure you have a coil compressor. it does wonders.
