Overheating - Mustang Evolution

Overheating

My 04 mustang is overheating while sitting still with the ac on if anyone have any advice please respond it did this last summer and I had the thermostat changed and coolant drained

Are you using coolant? If you've addressed the other two, it would lead me towards the fan. Is it turning on?

The fan is turning on I was also told the water to antifreeze ratio could be off and cause this problem is that true

I don't think so... Pure distilled water can cool the engine, it's just corrodes stuff. Guess it doesn't hurt 50/50'ing it. My isn't perfectly 50/50 and mine doesn't overheat.

They tested it and said it was fine so I really don't know
