2013 5.0 50,000 km tune up?

So I got about 50,000 km on my mustang and was wondering what I can or should do to get her running strong again? Feels like I've lost that "get up and go" lately , I have a Tune , cai, axle back , lowered and lower control arm done so far. My question is what can or should I be looking into as far as servicing the car goes.
