Chirping above 30mph

Okay friends, I've got a new one for you.

2014 V6 Auto

Recently, but not really recently because I've let this issue go on for quite a while, when cruising above 30mph with the windows up, AC off, and radio off (so that it's dead quiet), something in front of the dash chirps. The sound is probably too quiet to pick up with my phone but definitely loud enough to be a PITA. It really does sound like a couple birds are chirping in the engine bay. It's does it constantly, and it doesn't go away unless I slow down. Doesn't seem to change pitch or speed with RPMs. I already looked in the engine bay for anything obvious. I thought maybe since it only happened at speed that it was something getting blown/rattled around, but everything seems secured. But again, it goes away completely below 30-or-so mph. Any ideas?

Lol.
My car does the same thing. It doesn't happen enough to be able to track down the noise but it sounds like its coming from the dashboard or maybe the plastic cowl part.

I just turn my stereo up so I can't hear it.

Yeah I would think that has to be it. What should I look for exactly?

This may sound a little crazy, but changing the oil filter made the noise go away. Was a crappy FRAM, put a Motorcraft on and it went right away.
