Selling the GT for a Cobra

I've decided to sell my car to go for an 03/04 Cobra... now I feel stupid for just buying new wheels. So, what do you all think is an acceptable price for a '99 GT that has:

- Ford remanufactured engine with warranty, 9k miles on it
- 9k miles on Ford Racing clutch
- 119k on the rest of the car
- Bolt-ons in sig
- Very clean inside, paint is good and shiny except some minor fading on the rear bumper right below the license plate
- A few small nicks on the front, pretty small
- Runs and drives perfectly

I am hoping to get like $6500 because of the new motor. Too optimistic?

'03 Mach 1 5spd
Fully forged Manley rods/pistons, Cobra crank, ARP hardware, 8.5:1, Procharger P1SC w/ intercooler, AFM power pipe, 60# injectors, 03/04 Cobra tank with dual fuel pumps, Kenne Bell Boost-a-Pump, O/R X pipe and Flowmasters, Exedy stage 3 clutch, Steeda Tri-Ax, Front and rear upper + lower control arms, Ford Racing springs, Bob Monks tune 448 rwhp @ 9 PSI

I'd say its right around the $6k mark, I would not take less than that.
2000 Mustang GT Steeda build #48. Bolt ons, suspension, Novi 2000.

Just because I give you advice, doesn't mean I know more than you. Its just means I've done more stupid ****.
