New to mustangs...

Hey guys I am new to the mustang world but will be buying one within 6 months i think but I am just wondering since I am looking at 2011's and up what the deal is with some of the mustangs coming with the smokey or tinted looking tailights versus the ones that seem to appear just bright red? Is it a special package?

Thanks
(Sorry for noob question)

Just an aftermarket thing you can do. Tint, covers, or full smoked tail lights.

Also, the 11s and 12s have completely different tail lights than the 13s and 14s. So that also may be a difference that you're seeing.

Yeah the 13 and 14s different tailights look somewhat tinted in the right light. You can tint them further of course.
