I don't have the rates for the prokit springs, so I can't compare, but they are progressive which is why I always buy Eibach for my street rides.
I am still on the stock 80,000 mile shocks so a lot of the bump and grind is from lack of dampening. It will be interesting to see how it behaves with proper valving.
I have Koni adjustables on order so stay tuned on that one.
