Was thinking about purchasing the short antenna, do you still get the same reception?

I don't know, really. I have Sirius and an iPhone. I checked out a few of the presets I had, but they are country stations, and in the south you can basically pick up those stations with a string and a tin can.

I love the way it looks, though!

How many miles did you have on your vehicle before you decided to throw the gears, tune and headers on at? And have they given you any problems

Right at 60,000. I did gears, rebuild kit, clutch packs, new diff cover and rear axle bearings (one was starting to leak).

Best to get it all done at once since They'll have everything out anyway. Saves time and labor.

0 issues.

Headers were probably around 35,000. The only issue other than the install was a blown O2 sensor, that's it. No real issues with the tune that haven't been resolved.

Was worrying because I haven't changed gears because I've only got 7k on the car and not going to kill warranty early if others didnt

So far I've only done appearance mods. Here's my list:

GT/CS spoiler
Side scoops
All lights tinted
Window tint
Magnaflow street axleback
All lights converted to LED
RGB halos
RGB fog lights
CDC performance grille
Roush lower grille delete
Black 19" wheels

Waiting to install lowering spring, Panhard bar, and magnaflow comp catback.

I don't have much more on the appearance mods. And then once the warranty is up I'll do a few performance mods just to make it more fun to drive. I don't race or go to the track so it'll just be for spirited driving. I'm thinking tune, intake, gears, driveshaft, and shorty headers.

The sickness is strong in this room--I feel right at home! I'd definitely recommend the Driveshaft Shops Aluminum One Piece if you're going to be tracking the car or if you're just looking to shed some weight and help get the car off the line faster.

The sad thing about modding is that eventually you run out of things to buy.
Guess I need a new car so I can start over.

It's getting pretty tough to find stuff in the catalogs that I like but don't already have.
Sure there's some stuff, but not much I would want for my car.
I'm pretty close to done with this thing. I'd love a cowl hood and possibly a CS nose but I'd have to paint and stripe it all to match and I don't think I want it bad enough to go through that all over again. Last time they had to repaint the car over and over to get the stripes right and when I finally got the car back it had over spray all over the wheels and suspension and all the chrome/polished stuff under the hood. No one is EVER going to keep this thing over night again. Never, like, ever.

You miiiiight be able to find one if you look for a while on ebay, plenty of parted out wrecks.

Plenty of choices for stereos as well. That's a whole different mod animal lol

I am already stroked to a 5.0. This thing is heavily modified.
I know...I'm in a V6 thread.
