Think I have an idling issue.

I posted this in another forum but after lookkng around i think it was the wrong forum to post it in. So im posti g it here. I had service done yesterday oil change, point inspection and tire rotation. Well after getting to Fort Carson form Fort Sill it's been doing this. The elevation here is 6,000ft so I'm wondering would that have anything to do with it. I know it feels like I've lost power since I got here though.
