E303 cams

Just bought some e303 cams. The engine has 130,000 k's on it and I'm wondering if I can keep my stock lifters

130,000 thousand miles is a lot! In my opinion if you are already in there you might as well replace thelifters for peace of mind

Your car only has 1 cam.


And the Ford Racing cams leave a lot to be desired.
