02 sensor problems after header install

I recently installed headers with an off road h-pipe. Before I tuned the car I was getting one 02 sensor code. After I tuned it I'm getting six codes. Anyone know anything about this? I don't see any problems with the wiring. Could it be that I just need new 02 sensors?
