2005 Mustang Premium V6 Manual180,000 $6999 with frontal accident worth considering?

Hi I am looking at a mustang 2005 Premium. Comestically car looks clean inside out. No signs of major damage. But Car fax reported frontal accident with utility pole. The car was towed to nearest shop. The seller told me he towed the car because the police told him so and the only damage was on the bumper and hood. He told me he replaced transmission at a shop. $700 for tranny with 80k milles on it. $700 for labor. It has quite a few after mods in it. Here is the list of things seller did.
-New Transmission($1500)
-New Hood with working vents ($700)
-New Tires($650)
-Katzkin Leather interior($400)
-Passport Escort 8500 x50($350)
-Raxium Headlights w/ HID Bulbs
-Brand New Windshield
-Brake Rotors and Pads(Front & Rear and Drilled & Slotted)
-Touch Screen Radio System
-All Interior Speakers Were Upgraded
-Interior Green LED's(All of the lights have switches)
-Heads Up Display(HUD)
-Custom Built Subwoofer System w/ Amp
-New gauge motors in the gauge cluster
-New condenser with A/C recharge(a/c is extremely cold)

Kelly blue book quote about $5000 for good condition. I was wondering if it is worth considering and how much I should ask for. What would be potential problem due to accident that I should inspect.

Thanks

I think it's too much just for a v6 with 180k miles? Plus it was crashed so that loses value automatically.

180K for the whole car. Tranny was replaced recently and has 80K on it. You are right $6999 is definitely too much. What could go wrong with frontal accident ?

7k is too much for a six with those miles and previous accident...

You can get a 2v gt for that, with lower miles to boot...

For real, this is like a 3500 dollar car. You could buy the world's nicest 2 valve (99-04 GT) for that much.
