Mine is a DD and I drive her every chance I get. I have to be in my baby in case any situation comes up: pass a random car show, sporty driving with another driver, etc.

I live in New Orleans though. The worse weather we get in the winter is 30 degree weather lol, which is considered a "freeze" down here.

People think I'm crazy, I think I'm genius. I can't understand why people WONT drive these newer cars (anything that's not ACTUALLY a collector car like pre 1973 and a few other super special models) in the rain or a cloudy day. Enjoy the cars guys. That's what they are made for.

I agree with you completely. Mine is a daily driver as well, only about 300 - 350 miles a week, but I absolutely love driving my 14 mustang here in So-Cal. Always puts me in a good mood when I'm driving it, even after a rough day at the job.

Daily driver here. Cars are built to be enjoyed when driven. A Shelby GT500 owner told me he drives his daily, since if he dies today he hopes it is in his Mustang.

Enjoy you car!

Weekend warrior - when the weather is nice. It will never see a grain of Michigan road salt. Simply a "toy".

How did yours handle in the snow? I'm in Colorado Springs and I purchased a set of new wheels and tires for the summer and I have the stock wheels with blizzaks for the winter.
