2015 clutch helper spring

I took off the clutch helper spring on my 2015 GT and it really improved the feel of the pedal. I had a mechanic question if it would wear out the throw out bearing faster but the pedal seems to come all the way up with only like an 1/8 of an inch of play at the top. Anybody have any experience with this?

I removed the helper spring in my 2012 about two years ago. Never looked back. The clutch feels so much better, much more linear along the entire travel. The spring (or lack of) will have no affect on the throw out bearing wear.

I pulled out mine on the '14 and a couple of time my clutch pedal was almost on the floor. Seemed as it bled down. Maybe the master or slave internally bypassed or something. I put the spring back in and no problem since.
