Tuner from eBay

Hey guys first off I was wondering if the tuner would work for my 97 cobra. And if it is a good tuner. Looking to pick one up off eBay to cut some cost. And also once they have been used on one car can they be switched to another car and be able to make new tunes for it?Click image for larger version

The biggest thing is making sure it's unmarried. I would personally send him a message asking for a picture proving it's unmarried. You will need to contact a tuner to write you a tune for your ride if you get it. Places like Bama will let you buy into their tunes for life for like $100-$150. So for the cost of that you're almost to the price of buying a new tuner and a tune package.

Most tunes online are $150, so with the cost of the device you are at $300. A brand new X4 with tunes is usually $400.
