Car won't start. Lost at this point

Alright, so I took my car and I didn't notice I was rubbing my front left wiring harness and it destroyed it and the car wouldn't crank. So I went and bought a new wiring harness and installed it and the car still doesn't. The fuel pump turns on, all electrical stuff turns on, but the car will not crank or anything. Any help is appreciated, I'm totally lost at what it could be now.

Have you tried charging the battery? I'm not sure what you did to the harness but it could have caused a drain on the battery.

When I went through the same thing couple of weeks ago, I kept one of those battery jumper kits with me to eliminate any battery doubts in my mind. Pulled and tested each fuse in fuse box. Cleaned up or replaced all battery connections, added a ground wire, cleaned connections on starter too.

All of your electrical stuff is working as it should but it still wont crank?

That means engine is either locked up, or the starter gear/flywheel is missing all of the teeth.

Bad starter or starter solenoid?

Can you pull the starter and bench test it to make sure it works?
