You have 3.27's stock....and the 4.10's will wake your car up a lot. You will need to correct your speedo with a tuner or else the speedometer will not read right and neither with your odometer.
How hard is it, well, it isn't that it is hard, it is a precise thing. You have to make sure the backlash and everything is just so. I've never done a gear swap though, so I can't give you a lot of details about it.
You should be able to find a shop that would install them for $200-300 or so...
