What is the fix for this DTC code?

P1150 - Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Adaptive Fuel Limit - Bank No. 2

Obviously it is an O2 issue, but what does it mean and what is the fix?

That means the sensor isn't seeing a change in oxygen levels, its pegged either rich or lean and is not switching - You really need to get access to a scan tool and monitor several things, MAF input, TPS, Short and long term fuel trims, fuel pressure, etc, it could be as simple as the 02 sensor itself..

I'm in BR...the car in question is in Ottumwa, IA....I'm pretty limited unfortunately.

I had her clear the code and see if it would come back right away. If it does, I told her to change out her 02 sensor and see what happens then. Unfortunately, it's a bit of a drive for me to head up there and datalog stuff for her...and she doesn't have a tuner, so that will really limit things.
