Header coating: Where do you suggest?

I have a quote request out to Jet Hot right now, but I Thought I would see if anyone else had any suggestions on where to send a set of headers off to be ceramic coated?

I was able to pick up a set of Bassani Mid Length headers with offroad H-Pipe this past friday for a nice $150...they have a few spots of surface rust and just need an over all cleaning. you should see the inside of the pipes, it looks like the rings were going on this car for a while as the header tubes all have baked on caked on oil in them. It kind of resembles a wind blown desert or field of snow. Pretty nasty looking...and it's no wonder the person blew their motor after seeing the inside of these header tubes.

Anyhow, does anyone have any suggestions while I wait for Jet Hot to get back to me?

Re: Header coating: Where do you suggest?

I'll have to shoot them a quote request too since their prices are for new/clean items. These headers definitely need to be dipped to be cleaned before any kind of coating occurs.

Re: Header coating: Where do you suggest?

You can't see the headers in our cars anyhow...and the coating is to remove the surface rust that wrap won't solve as well as clean out the crud that is baked on inside the tubes because the previous owner obviously had no idea how to maintain a vehicle....which is why they motor popped in the first place I guess.

Re: Header coating: Where do you suggest?

I believe that place you are talking about is Streamline Powder Coating or something like that. Jeremy (BlownAMC on here) had his headers for his truck done there. He posted about it in a thread and PM'ed me their number a while back. I need to call them and get a price as well.
