Billet Grille Question

Im thinking about installing a Black Billet Grille on my 2010 Stang. Anyone have any experience with the ones sold by American Muscle? They are overlays and Im just wondering about fit and if they stick out much from the factory grille.

I bought the chrome one but off eBay. Easy install and looks great no problems so I assume they're pretty equal

I have a red and black color theme throughout and because I painted my pony black I chose to go with the high polish brushed aluminum. Better appearance then the black one too me which I also purchased. Here are the pics.

Re: Billet Grille Question

Im debating on the black with the pony delete. I want to add the tri bar pony to it. I like the chrome but there is no other chrome on my car so I want to stay with the black theme. Thanks for the input guys!!

I have the black one on my yellow stand upper and lower with the tri bar. You need to take out the factory mustang symbol and the new grill will sit flush.

Ty. You just take out the original pony. It is just plastic nipples that hold it in.

So I have a pony package. And I don't want to take out the grill lights... Would there be anyway I could put this over it?

I had the same question but what i did was that I order the v6 grille from AM and when it got here I got the idea on how to put it on. So i just took off the pony and the trim that comes with the pony package ..but after a couple of hour it fit nicely and I still have the fog lights it actually looks pretty sweet

I wish they made that for a 2010 model. I've yet to be able to find one.

If it an 05-09 v6 with a v6 spoiler that yes if you don't you have to drill in the hole...but be prepared to remove a butt load of adhesive tape. Im guessing ford what it to stay on.

Well if you get the grille from American muscle than it an overlay grille so it was meant to go over the stock v6 grille

Well if you got ones that say limited quantities, than it will fit but if you got one that also fit a gt you may have to trim some of it
