final decision on exhaust-opinions needed

Alright, so I purchased all my exhaust stuff, and went to get an estimate on the install cost. Right now I have a new O/R h-pipe and some used cherry bombs. the install for that is around 250. The shop owner said if I wanted, I could pay 400 and get flowmasters put on instead (which is what he recomended)
so which do I go with? I know that people say get chambered mufflers for a v6, whichs is what the cherry bombs are, but I also know that it will be quite loud, which isnt always good for a 6...I know nothing about the flowmasters though. Ideas?

Everyone says flowmaster and very well they should. They are great mufflers. I however bought the ford racing exhaust kit. Have had many compliments.

my "other" car is a v6 camaro with flowmaster 40 series....at idle it sounds great like a v8,but under any kind of throttle its a dead give away of a v6...myself im not a fan of the overall, but to each his own..

Yes flowmasters are chambered
Some only have a single chamber some have more depends on what series you get..

Flows are loud, but the Cherry Bombs are louder, of the two, I'd go with the Flowmasters, unless Money is an issue. Personnally, I have Magnaflows and would pick them or Borlas over the Flowmasters any day, but you gotta do what you can at the time you have presented.

money is a bit of an issue. I only have a summer job, and need some money in the bank before i spend money on the stang. If I had the money, I woulda bought Borlas or Bassani, but i just dont have the money

I just got the Bassani system and it sounds badass. Though if you don't like a serious drone then I wouldn't get it. I don't mind, I think it sounds and looks great.

Dude, just save up for a little while longer. If you do something that you kinda wanna do, you'll always be thinking about what you really wanted to do.

well, just picked up my car. While I was gone it was decided to not use anything I bought. the shop made some mid-pipes and put on flowmasters instead of the cherry bombs. it sounds good, but drones like crazy. not sure what to think yet.

What was their reason why they did not use the Cherry Bombs??
