E3 Spark Plugs
I haven't tried them, but most "fancy" high tech spark plugs are like sparkly high tech fishing lures.
They catch more humans than they do fish or do good.

The only plugs I can really see that might have some useful benefits are the fine tipped electrode irridium plugs.

Re: E3 Spark Plugs Diamond Fire - Spark Plug

I replaced my NGK IX's with the E3s... They are good. I can slowly rev up to redline with no hesitation at all now. I also replaced my wires and got a screamin' demon coil all at once with the plugs, so I'm not sure if the E3s are better than the NGKs, or whether it was just the full tune-up that did it. But I will tell you that they really do work.

I installed E3 in mine but I don't know if this was related but it blew the coil packs on 3 cylinders, fried 3 wires and messed up the plugs. I had it all replaced and ford recommended just using the factory original plugs. They had no explanation as to why that happened but im not taking any changes with it again.

Horsepower and other shows showed dyno improvements...but I don't think i'd run them.

I agree.
Who knows whether or not for sure that the plugs they replaced with the E3's were bad/worn out or not?

I did a LOT of plug research years ago and the only spark plugs that showed definite benefits were the fine tipped irridium spark plugs.
The proof is that most major manufacturers now offer their own version of these plugs.
