Welcome to the site! Most people start with cold air induction(CAI), tuner and gears.
Do you have any mods already?

I'm wanting a K&N CAI with Diablo predator tuner and a cut out on my exhaust. But when you say gears what kind would you recommend? And thanks guys!

Re: What's up

depends on if its a daily driver and u do alot of highway driving, I personally like the 3;73s, if ur gonna do alot of 1/4 mile stuff, then the 4;10s are the way to go. I have had them both. good luck, and welcome

Well I appreciate it guys! I figured I just got a v6 mustang and like it so I'd thought I'd make the best of it! I recently had an 09 dodge ram hemi with superchip, k&n, and flowmaster super 40 series with 425 hp. So I definately want to learn the best way to upgrade this mustang! I really do like the way it drives compared to my friends 2000 mustang. The 07 has made a lot of progress, looks wise too!

What tuner is the way to go- Superchips, or Diablo predator?

I'm just not very familiar with sct but I have had experience with Diablo predator, and superchips in the past. They are great tuners and worked very well...

They're is no bama tuner. Just an SCT with tunes from bama performance that are the best for v6 mustangs. Dialbo isn't as thorough as sct for modded mustangs

They don't change enough settings to make a noticeable difference in mustangs. Plus bama asks 19 questions to really bring out your cars performance

I'd recommend going with the sct tuner through AM. I am pretty happy with the Bama tunes.

Good morning. Like Levi, I just purchased my first stang. It's a v6 4L auto. I don't have the famous rumble that the GTs are known for, how and what upgrades are first?
I have read a lot of thread and people on this site definitely know their Mustangs.
Please help. Txs

Re: What's up

cai and an sct tuner and exhaust are the first things, I have a bbk cai, sct tuner and with the tuner u get free tunes for life. so everytime you do a performance upgrade on ur stang, bama custom tuning will send u a free tune for your upgrade. I also have borla mufflers on my exhaust, the best thing to do is go on youtube and listen to the diffrent exhausts. welcome to the site, and good luck.
