Can the V6 rear-end hold up to an X-Charger Super Charger?

I have an 07 V6 Vert and wanted to put a supercharger on it and was wondering if the factory V6 rearend would hold up or should I upgrade and if so what type and where can I get it?

it probably could, but you would want to upgrade it. buy a takeoff 8.8 from a gt. that will work. and you will get a tlok with it...

Re: Can the V6 rear-end hold up to an X-Charger Super Charger?

What are your plans with the car? The Xcharger builds boost and torque very low and if you are going to race at all the 7.5 will not hold up long.

I broke my 7.5 before I put the Xcharger on. With the Xcharger I have the 8.8 with 3.55's, drag race the car (12.6 in the quarter), and use drag radials. Even with the 8.8 I broke the spider gears in the tlok.

NOT , my 2006 v6 already had rear problems and I'm not S/C and I rarely beat it
go with an 8.8
