Question about tune?

Alright so I just received my Bama tuner and as I was drooling over it I realized I forgot to put I had the Pypes catback. I'm emailing away for a new tune but will it hurt my car if I plug in this tune for now? Also while I'm asking questions. I have 89 tunes going in now, besides race which is 93, is it worth it to do 93 for everything or is the difference not significant enough to change it from 89-93?

Try it...back off if pinging is heard. Major tunes differences are the timing curves.

Yeah, I mean I put that I had Pypes where it asked H/X Pipe, which is what's making me think it'll be ok... Hopefully at least

A cat back isn't a major mod so you should be able to load your tune in without a problem!..

Re: Question about tune?

I loaded it up, worked great, and than got home and the new tune was already in my email. I'm impressed . And tried out my 89 Performance tune and loved it, might try the street tune tomorrow

You will definitely notice a difference with the race tune. That's all I run know. Nothing else matters

Yeah I figured, switching to street later on this week than next fill up i think I'll try my 93 race tune.... Don't think I'll be able to go back after that... By the way when I change tunes do I return to stock first or can I just switch tunes?
