Mufflers

What's the best muffler if I don't want to put dual exhaust on? I'm looking for something deep sounding

I recently got the pypes single axle back...I think its worth the money... Kinda wish I got w flow master but at the end of the day we still have sixxers... So in order for us to truly achieve that v8 rumble you will need.dials... But I'd say pypes or Flowmaster.... Personally I love my exhaust.... But its just something about flowmaster I like.... So if you have the 230 go flowmaster
150 go pypes!!!!

I'll add I am thinking about putting dual flowmasters on.... I kinda want to send my pypes back because I love flowmaster so much... But Idk

You can't get a deep rumble without full exhaust and even then its still not deep enough. So don't look at that when you buy exhaust for a 6. Especially if your doing single. Just go for what you think sounds best. Pypes is always a great choice...

Re: Mufflers

To go dual exhaust you need:
H or X pipe to replace the Y (cut the Y out and weld or clamp the H or X)
Driver side over axle mid pipe
Hangers for the driver side muffler
cut the opening in the bumper for the driver side tip.

You can't just buy an H and muffler - you still need to connect the muffler with an over axle mid pipe.
