help with decision about full exhaust

right now i have a custom midpipe and pypes muffler delete axle back exhaust. i want to get the pacesetter longtube headers, but am not sure what shorty midpipe i should get.
shorty catted h pipe?
shorty o/r h pipe?
shorty catted x pipe?
what are the differences in sound and performance with the midpipes? i can't find anything about them!

ive heard the performance isn't anything you will notice while driving, just on the dyno. and h pipe makes a deeper sound which i think we need with a v6

Yeah you will never feel a difference! But I love my x pipe. You can't really get too deep with a 6 so I went with x pipe. Sounds good with a full exhaust

It'll be pretty loud. I wouldn't say too loud. Id watch out with the muffler delete on a 6. That usually makes it pretty raspy in a bad way

my car sounds amazing right now with them. do you think it would be more raspy with longtubes and a h pipe? both of them are supposed to make it deeper not raspier

Just my opinion, but pacesetter makes really cheap exhaust parts. Thin metal and poor welding. I've had issues with it on both cars I've used their exhaust on.

Hmm, I have shorties. A very valid point. Just get a set for the v8 and cut one tube off! Lol
