Can you run your codes and see what is popping up?... You should have to only tune it once!..

Yeah and if bad comes to worse you can turn it off with your tuner. That's very odd

Get a tuner! Its a great investment even if you weren't having problems! Way worth the $379

Hell yeah. The SCT X3 SF3 off AM is the best I think with life long tunes from BAMA. And you can run diagnostics on your error codes and even turn off the check engine light if you've fixed it

Re: Cold air intake

you should always get a tuner when you get a cai to be sure to get the optimal air ratio out of the new intake. some cars wont even turn on with a different intake without a tune

I had a k&n then I went to autozone and bought a "spectere brand" its actually is a very nicely built filter and it was 2x the size of the k&n. They had a crap load of colors to. I swapped them in the parking lot, reset my computer and my engine light never came on again. And it was sucking A LOT more air than the k&n ever did.

I didn't have that issue when i installed mine but my brother had your exact issue. When we installed the tuner it went away and hasn't come back since
