Hey, I was just wondering what the top speed in an '05 V6 would be without the limiter? I want to find out for a comparison i'm doing.

The limiter tops out at 114mph.the car wouldn't let you go over that without it being
Removed.I've topped mine one one time, and I still had plenty of throttle left in 5th gear. The engine componets are not made to go over the limited speed and removing the limiter and pushing this speed may damage your motor. If you built it up to withstand it could easily do over 130+mph.

+1 limiters are in place on stock units for good reason.

What all needs to be done after you apply a tuner to the engine so it doesn't damage it?

Just a stronger drive shaft and higher speed rated tires should let u go at least over 130 easily.anything over that I would ask a very skilled mechanic what you would need.the motor it's self has the capability of going 140-150mph, I've brought mine up to 114 in 5th gear and it wasn't even close to redline it was at mabey 3,000-3500RPM's

You would most likely have to pay LTL freight price to order one and ship it to your house.a one piece DS is to big for ups/fed ex
