suspension and handling

My car has about 80,000 miles on it and I've noticed that the handling and ride of my car gas gotten loose and just raggedy! Any suggestions on upgrades or replacements?

Sway bar maybe. Engine struts, or a suspension kit. Or you could take it to a mechanic and hasn't him realign it. That'll help alot.

Ok cool I've heard that ford offers a complete racing setup I'm not to sure about that just something I heard, also I've seen complete GT take off setups on newtakeoff.com are those compatible with the v6 or do I have to get vehicle specific kits! I also don't have a problem with lowering it.
