so i took the spoiler off of my car a while back but unfortunately the screws were so rusted that they stripped as soon as i tried unscrewing them. i ended up having to pull them out on one side so the metal is somewhat bent upward and i cant just buy plugs and put them in the holes... paint and body shop told me it would be about 300 for welding and paint to get them fixed :/ any suggestions before i go ahead and do it?
Some people big nylon plugs at their local home improvement store. I would personally have a shop fill em.
i had already researched and bought the nylon plugs but the problem is the metal is bent upward so its not a clean hole, otherwise i would have just put the plugs in and painted them with touch up paint. i wish this was cheaper
