Freaking Tree Pollen!

I tell you what it sucks to have a black mustang and keep it with all this tree pollen floating around.

pollen in general sucks for all cars.... black just gets the worse of it (as with anything clean related)

Mine too. Going camping didn't help at all either.

Hey I have the same problem we have an oak tree in the front yard and my mom refuses to cut the damn thing down so my solution was next time you wash it afterwards wax it but use an unusually thick layer let it sit and haze use a buffer to clear it wipe down with a damn terry cloth and repeat the process except for the re wetting part I guarantee you'll have a shine that won't quit and the pollen wipes right off with a dry polishing cloth in the morning. and if it happens to rain over night and a layer of pollen sticks to the rain water just spray it with a hose and dry the shine will still be there

Be careful not to get wax on the black plastic trim parts its a B**ch to get it back right

My house is surrounded by pine trees. Everything is coated in pollen.

I've been washing my car once a week. We haven't had rain in 3 weeks. I blew off the driveway today and it was clouds of yellow/ green pollen.

Lucky Our counts are less than 800, but without a hard steady rain it doesn't go anywhere quick we had days near 9000

Re: Freaking Tree Pollen!

FYI......never dust pollen off your car with a polishing cloth and never just spray it with water and dry it off. These two things are some of the worst ways to remove pollen.

Why?
