I haven't used any in my mustang, but I hear guys at work talk about Lucas injector cleaner, sea foam and other cleaners. Is this stuff worth it? I was always told that the gas we buy today already has additives that does the job.

I usually use stp additives and it gives me better gas mileage. And I only use BP gas.

Re: opinions

On my 1st car, the 3.8 mustang, I ran several different kinds over a long period of time and the car ran much better and got better gas mileage in the end. So i'm not sure what works best but I prefer seafoam.

Re: opinions

many use and love seafoam, its not good for superchargers to suck it though so they say so I dont run it.

Injector cleaner (the good stuff) should be used every oil change.

Yeah I don't have that terrible problem of having to use a different product cause a SUPERCHARGER won't accept it very well! haha
