How to paint badges?

I have a white 06 and I love the white black contrast look so I wanna make all the chrome on the outside black. Any one know an easy way to paint the badges my self without making it look cheap?

Plastidip (if applied then removed around 4 times) can take off your clear coat. I'd take it to a auto body shop and ask them to paint them black and clear coat them. If you don't Want to pay that much then either spray paint or Plastidip

Re: How to paint badges?

if your lookinf for custom painted emblems then go to actionautomotiveaccesories.com. they sell a very nice assortment of custom painted ponies from the grill, to the side and to the rear badge. but it is NOT for the budget minded lol. you can look at my introduction page to see the ones i bought. the 2 side emblems were $229. just click on the mustang year you have and look for the painted ponies and rear badges options.

i beleive they are a 3rd party seller to these guys. uniqueautomotivedesign.com. so either or i guess lol.
