no torch red?

Okay soooo i had a giant crack in my bumper from getting into a fight with a telephone grounding cable this past winter. I in my state of all knowing decided i could paint my bumpers.... Horrible mistake i know since ive never done before. The code i pulled off was "colorado red" it looked different but i, in my awesome stupidity continued on lol. After it was all said and done i noticed the paint was a much deeper red/orange compared to the rest of the car would this be from the red fading faster than other colors? american muscle doesnt show colorado red, but instead torch red? Its mostly just noticeable to me since i screwed it up.

I've never done it on this car, but on my old car it was pretty bad. I don't think it's from fading, it's the wrong color if you go back to the new edge that was a color choice I believe.
