Painted Valve Covers

Anybody taken off their valve covers and painted em?

Paint them, more like cover them up with a 5.0 cover. lol

The 5.0 cover doesn't fit and neither do its corresponding valve covers

I think it would look good to paint them. I have thought about doing the same thing. It just looks like a royal pain to remove them to get them properly prepped and painted. That's all that has been holding me up.

I painted mine red but it took 5 coats to get them to look smooth
