It frees up more power in the v8 as there's more exhaust being pushed out and such lol

A stock gt from the factory is already a dual exhaust system really only gains you get are by taking off the catted mid pipe and putting on a high flow h or x and on a dyno it's about 6hp when you do the full dual conversion you are gaining about 6 hp with the v6 on a dyno they free up the same because the v6 system is so restrictive

Shortys dont flow any better than stock and LT's only yield strong gains in FI applications

Haha!!! That's up to 15 and believe me you are not getting a 15 hp gain out of LT's until your pushing out around 550rwhp, I have a full exhaust with LT's and gained about 20 hp from the whole set up and that's with FI
