I totally agree with the first part. Thats what I'm trying to do. I would honestly put visual mods on your car if its a v6 (dont hate cause I am an owner of a v6 as well). I wouldnt put on performance mods unless its either a GT or a sleeper. But in the end its up to you. Only performance mods I'd consider is a CAI and new exhaust (get a new performance muffler (single) unless your willing to drop $500+ on dual exhaust + X/H-pipe system).

The same reason the person putting money into a GT didn't get a Boss or Shelby.

Yeah but either way your dropping money on mods that won't give you the same gains as for the new boss it's basically just diff parts put on the base gt the v6 just wasnt made to be a fast car just look nice which is why I bought my v6 the realized ill never get the same hp and torque gains due to missing two cylinders and displacement

the dyno pull before the xcharger we made like 197rwhp or something sad like that, after the install of the xcharger and a basic tune it was 331rwhp.
The xcharger fits under the stock hood right?

Or you could be like me and your parents don't let you get a GT

Of course everybody would rather have a GT, its mainly the circumstances they get it under that decide which one they get.

I decided against the boss for three reasons. One is because the mark up on them was well over msrp here. The second is because I knew I wanted to mod and if I had bought a boss it's almost disgraceful modding one. They are amazing but special edition mustangs are meant to be kept premo and stock in my eyes because they are a signature addition that were built to resemble a historic car. The third reason is I like my bells and whistles and the boss is designed to be a track car. Understand they have added features now but when I bought mine the only feature I liked more then the gt premium was the Racardo seats. Now I have a gt remium with all the ells n whistles and modded to the max with no guilt at all
