you can get black chrome wheels and such, not sure how it differs from chrome its just a different process~ not sure its technically chrome but it might be.

I was thinking more on the lines of the accents and grills. i have a black gloss stang that im trying to black out but i dont want to paint my chrome...i was hoping to maybe get black chromed accents

They use something in the chrome dip when to make it black chrome but the process hasn't been perfected yet. From what I have heard it is mostly a show car coating only. DD use will result in the black chrome flaking off. Atleast on rims that is the case I have found.
