uninsured Guy totaled my park mustang

Well I wake up this morning to a huge crash, an looked out the window seeing my neighbors causing a scene. Then my door bell rings and its them saying I got my car hit... Luckily they got him info, even luckier he just lived ten houses down, he was speeding about 40 mph threw my neighborhood, and t boned my mustang in his jeep... Then he takes off what an *******.
The motor is two inches to the left, no doors open, ruined rims and cracked frame hard to tell by pics but my rims are diagonal now, ruined suspention

Re: uninsured Dick totaled my park mustang

yup usually the uninsured that cause the most damage. Hopefully you can get your money but I doubt it. The insurance you have will pay it off and they may go after him or give up if its not worth the time vs money for the car they will pay you.

If they dont go after him you may can afterwards though (my car got hit and thats the same thing that happened, no insurance after 3 years I get a call telling me they are no longer going to peruse the person who hit me and I could take legal action if I wanted)

Man that sucks! I hope you get another mustang when your insurance pays you out. Unfortunately looks totaled to me.
