front grill "lights"

My 07 pony package has two what looks like lower fog light housing. Did anyone else install lower fog lights there. Pros and Cons.

Pro:
I'm thinking id hook them up to my factory fog lights(plan on doing the halos)
It would look bad @ss

Con:
Wouldn't it restrict air flow to my engine?

Never really thought about those. I know they make grill overlays for the lower grill but never thought of adding lights there.

I think a pair of pure white or blue would look awesome with halos or even factory lights
