It's really easy. Use a big pry bar with I think a 3/8 socket end on it. Put that in the square hole on the back of the idler arm and pull toward the passenger side. Slip the belt off and SLOWLY release the idler arm. Put the new belt in the approximate location except for one last pulley, pull the idler arm again and put the belt on the last pulley and slowly release.
