keeping in top shape

I have an 08 v6 with 49000 miles. What maintainence should I do? I've cleaned the throttle body. Done new spark plugs and fuel filter. Replaced front rotors and pads. Oil every 4k miles. Air filter etc... what else is there that will make a big difference?

This may sound obvious, but replace all fluids (oil, transmission, radiator, etc). Maintenance wise that's the biggest thing. Other than that, check tire wear and suspension/alignment.
