Andy714 I'd also put some tint on the front windows, and Oliver's are my favorite mod on the S197s

Overall, it looks great. I'd say if you're happy, don't change a thing, it's your ride.

The GT grill is a direct bolt in for the V6!... I'm just not sure if you'll have to get some sort of wire harness for the fog lights or not!.. You may not have to seeing as you already have the V6 fogs in your grill right now!..

Pretty sure the GT grille isn't a direct bolt on, that's why there is GT only and v6 only grilles, I forget exactly what makes it specific, but I'm sure some one else will help out

Thats either because a company makes them for a v6 or they have a gt bumper

if your stang is gt go for the gt grill, but according to ford a true gt is a v8, if you have a v6 don't advertise you have something you don't. Be pround of what u have. My v6 had side vinals saying gt 350 when i bought it, it no longer has those vinals. Wheels also had cobra snake center caps, they're gone too. Just my opion for what it's worth, don't want to tell you how to run your life and don't want to offend you. By the way I love the looks of your car. Good job!!

swapping to a GT grill isn't advertising something it isn't...it's going to a nicer looking grill. He isn't misbadging it or anything so he's fine

No the GT only has that grille, that's mainly how it's identified from the front end...

Andy get the turn and quarter lights black. AM sells them really cheap and they stay on. I have all my lights blacked out.

I think as long as you're honest with yourself that you're changing to gt grille because you like the look and not because you want people to think you're a v8, then I think you're good. I'm changing my rear bumper on my v6 to a gt500 bumper because I bashed my stock one up when I slipped on ice. I like the look of the diffuser plus no reason to pay tons of money to make my car look the same as before
