HiD Kit

I'm thinking of purchasing an HID kit type H13 , anyone may help me and tell me is this a perfect match. Basically a plug it in and done type of labor. Thank you in advance for all of your help. Here below is the link in which I am referring.

I don't want to spend that much money due to other projects/mods I have in mind. That being said the eBay ones won't due?

they are the same price as the DDM ones so if it was me i'd stick to the ones i know work great. as for projector upgrades be sure to get projectors designed to work with HIDs...if you don't the output will be horrible

35w if you want just double the lumens of standard halogen...55w if you want a bit over 3 times the lumens...it's the easiest way to think of it. also remember with 55w the color will wash out a bit so a color temp won't be the same in both 35w and 55w

So when checking out for a stock housing I'm thinking of doing 6000k H13 with mounting bracket

And also not buying the HID harness or error eliminator or adaptor cables. Does that sound correct ?

I was going for 8000k but because I was going to tint front windshield I didn't want to go too blue and compromise my visibility even more.

if that's the case then consider ordering a 55w 5k kit if you got the extra $20 to upgrade from the 35w kit...i use to run them in my old v6 and it was night and day difference even compared to what i have now

On the front that's pretty dark bro. It might not look like it but a night you will have some issues. I was told this by my tint guy. He said if I plan on driving at night at all to go with 50%. There isn't that much difference in to the look but there is a visibility difference.

I'll say this. My tint guy had two identical trucks side by side. 5% all around . One 35% front one 50% front. They looked almost identical outside but inside the 32% was noticeably darker. I might get 32% anyways lol. I don't drive at night much. but he also said if I go 32% I will get hassled by the cops more often.

Yeah more reason to grab attention from the 5-0. I might just do 5000k 55w hid kit and limo all around with 50 % tint windshield

just be safe OP..front tint looks great but can be hard to run if you're a night driver.

I agree with you, I'm just going to play it safe and do the 50% with the 55w 5000k hid

Yeah 50 is the most I'd go they got 90% now it blocks all heat and reduces glare I almost did it on mine.

And you'll like the HIds the difference is night and day!
